WHO IS TIM DAVIS?

Tim has been working in real estate for over 40 years.  He has amassed a vast knowledge of asset management, property management, and property management.  He is Manager of Tager Property Investments, LLC in which he invests in apartments, residential, and raw land.  He is the Broker/Owner of All County Metro Property Management a large Florida company providing excellent service to property owners.  He is also a contractor and a lender.

Tim is an author, an excellent teacher, and so much more.
